We process all orders within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, so you can start enjoying your scents as soon as possible.

Can I return my items if I'm not satisfied?

Your peace of mind is our priority. We accept returns of unused and unlit candles/products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Just drop us a message.

How should I care for my candles?

To ensure a clean burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Visit our candle care guide page for further information.

Do you offer bulk orders for events?

Currently we do not provide bulk ordering as a standard service; nevertheless, please reach out via email regarding specific quantities etc and we may be able to help in some sort of capacity.
